The staff here are super friendly, especially the shuttle driver who was so helpful with a stranded lady at the airport. Rooms are clean and comfy, and the size works for us. The breakfast situation was a bit confusing tho since we weren't told we needed a voucher. the area felt kinda sketchy at times.

Just an appropriate option for shopping in Birmingham with good value considering price it charged. The room was nice and clean.

Convenient location with nearby grocery store, gas station, and restaurants, plus free game room for kids.
Felt completely welcome, nothing to complain about.

the hotel was clean, with comfortable beds and a quiet atmosphere. the check-in process was easy, and the staff was friendly. we also appreciated the shuttle service and will definitely book again at Holiday Inn.
